Meet Duldley Bazile – CEO & Founder of DLM



Hello, my name is Duldley Bazile, and I am the CEO and founder of DLM. From a young age, I’ve had a deep passion for engineering, physics, and the mechanics behind how things work. Growing up in a third-world country, access to the latest technology was rare, but that only fueled my curiosity. I found joy in disassembling and reassembling gadgets, learning how each component contributed to the whole.

As I got older, my passion evolved into a career in the automotive industry, where I gained hands-on experience working on various cars, motorcycles, and high-performance vehicles. I also began modifying and tracking my personal cars, pushing them beyond factory limits. One of my most notable projects was the complete rebuild of a 2001 YZF R1 Championship Edition, where I enhanced its performance with:
